MLaynePhotography Booking Policies

• A non-refundable deposit is required to secure all bookings.
• Deposits are applied toward the total balance.
• Remaining balances are due on or before the session date.
• No images or content will be released until full payment has been received.

• Clients must give at least 72 hours notice to reschedule. Deposits transfer one time only.
• Cancellations made within 72 hours of the scheduled session result in loss of deposit.
• MLaynePhotography reserves the right to reschedule in the event of illness, emergency, or unsafe conditions.

• Sessions begin at the scheduled time.
• Late arrivals will shorten session time.
• Arrivals 30+ minutes late without notice may result in cancellation and forfeiture of deposit.

• Standard turnaround time: 10–14 business days (unless otherwise stated in package).
• Rush delivery available for an additional fee.
• Packages include a set number of edits; additional edits are available at $___ per image.
• RAW images are only provided if specifically included in the package.
• Final content will be delivered via private online gallery or digital download. Files must be downloaded within 30 days.

• Clients are responsible for arriving on time, prepared, and bringing any necessary wardrobe, props, or products.
• For branding/product shoots, items must be delivered on time to the studio or agreed location.

• MLaynePhotography retains all copyright ownership of images and video.
• Clients receive a non-exclusive license for personal or agreed business use.
• Content may not be resold, heavily altered, or used for commercial purposes outside the agreement without written consent.
• MLaynePhotography may use content for portfolio, website, marketing, and social media unless otherwise agreed in writing.

• MLaynePhotography is not responsible for accidents, injuries, or damages that occur during sessions.
• In the unlikely event of equipment failure, data loss, or unforeseen circumstances, liability is limited to a reshoot or refund of the amount paid.
